All products are made to order. We will not accept returns/exchanges.
In the event there is an issue with your order please contact us via email or phone to discuss the matter.
Please review the available size charts and/or contact us and we will send you the measurements.
Please review the garment color chart and/or ask for the garment color code. We do our best to represent the colors accurately but all devices screens are different and what you see on your screen can vary from device to device.
Again as all items are made to order for you specifically we do not accept returns but will try our best to work with you if there is an issue with your order. If there is an issue please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt and request a refund. If we at our sole discretion decide to accept your order for return you must ship the product back within 7 days of us agreeing to accept/issue a refund.
- Items shipped after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Items shipped without authorization will not be accepted and refused if delivered.
Item must be sent back in original condition. The item must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered and free from odors.
If we authorize and accept your item for return please include the following information:
• Order number
• Full name
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason for the return
To return your product, you must contact is first for authorization then we will forward you the address to send your return to.
Please include Web Form with your return.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can provide a shipping label to you at your request but we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive a refund for the cost/value of the product being returned and any taxes paid.
Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt), your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All products are hand made to order so exchanges are not possible.
Packages that are damaged in shipping are covered by insurance via the carrier so please contact USPS, FedEx, UPS for damaged packages.
