Welcome to the Unfltrd Passion web experience. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products and services from our site. Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms, so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate, complete or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without giving prior notice.
Copyright & Trademarks
Unless otherwise noted, all materials—including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written content and other materials that appear as part of this site—are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled or used under licence by Unfltrd Passion. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interest in and to which are owned by Unfltrd Passion.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Unfltrd Passion therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability or other matters.
Colors
We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and other technological circumstances, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Return Policy
Unfltrd Passion does not accept returns for refunds, credits or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
If you have been in contact with us regarding a return or exchange, you must include proof of that contact with your return shipment. All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns or exchanges over 90 days old, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization; unauthorized shipments will be refused and returned to sender. Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS unless you explicitly request another shipping method. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to the shipping costs assessed during checkout. All New York residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of New York and/or the county to which your delivery will be shipped. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Please allow three (3) business days for order processing and payment verification. All orders are bespoke/made‑to‑order; you will be notified regarding production and shipping timelines. Please contact info@unfltrdpassion.com if you have any questions. Check back with us periodically for updates regarding our shipping policies.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Customer Privacy
Use of our website and services also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information, including for reminders and personalized recommendations.
Unfltrd Passion respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the State of New York. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped to states outside of New York.

Customizer & Designer Platform
User‑Generated Content & Ownership
Subscribers (Paid Users). If you subscribe to a paid membership plan, you retain full ownership of the designs you create using the Customizer.
Free Users (Non‑Subscribers). By using the Customizer for free, you grant Unfltrd Passion a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, store, display and distribute your designs for operational, promotional and marketing purposes.
All Users. By uploading or creating content, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use all elements within your design. You may not resell or redistribute any pre‑existing design templates provided by Unfltrd Passion.
Hosting & Storage
All designs created using the Customizer are stored on Unfltrd Passion’s servers for processing and fulfilment. We reserve the right to retain, archive or remove content if it violates these Terms, contains offensive material or infringes copyrights.Promotional Use & Platform Improvements
Unfltrd Passion may feature user‑generated content in marketing, social‑media or promotional materials. If you do not want your design showcased, please contact us at info@unfltrdpassion.com.Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to create or upload content that:Infringes copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property;
Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination or illegal activity;
Contains explicit, offensive or obscene imagery;
Impersonates a brand, business or individual without authorization.
Order Fulfilment & Product Creation
Final Sale. Any product customized using the Customizer is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all designs before submitting, as Unfltrd Passion is not responsible for user errors, typos or design mistakes.
Production & Delivery. Custom orders require a specified number of business days for processing, followed by standard shipping. Production times may vary based on order volume, fabric/material availability and customization complexity.
Modifications & Cancellations. Once an order is placed, modifications are not guaranteed. Contact info@unfltrdpassion.com immediately if changes are needed.
Limitation of Liability & Platform Availability
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service. Unfltrd Passion reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Customizer at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for technical issues, system outages or data loss caused by third‑party hosting services, internet failures or cyberattacks.
Indemnification. By using the Customizer, you agree to indemnify and hold Unfltrd Passion harmless from any claims, damages, losses or legal fees related to copyright or trademark infringement claims from third parties, unauthorized use of copyrighted or offensive materials and misuse of the platform.
Subscription Benefits & Member Perks (If Applicable)
Paid members receive additional benefits such as full ownership of their designs, priority access to new tools/features and exclusive templates. Free users may upgrade at any time to retain full ownership of their designs.
Reminder Service (New)
- The Reminder Service allows you to schedule email and/or SMS reminders for events and special occasions. You may submit your name, email address, phone number, event description, event date and time, and preferences for when reminders should be sent.
- By providing your contact details, you consent to receive reminder messages and personalized recommendations related to your submissions. These communications are integral to the service and are not considered marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You may delete your reminders or request removal of your information at any time.
- You are responsible for providing accurate event details and contact information. The Reminder Service is offered for convenience only and should not be relied upon for critical or emergency events.
- Unfltrd Passion is not liable for missed reminders, incorrect scheduling, or any damages resulting from use of the Reminder Service.
- Reminders and Recommendations: The reminder and recommendation functions operate together as a unified service. By using either feature, you acknowledge and agree that event data and related inputs may be used to deliver both timely reminders and personalized recommendations designed to improve your overall experience.
Bespoke Quote Request (New)
Purpose. The Bespoke Quote Request form collects your contact details (name, email, phone) and sizing information (height, weight, body type, build type, shoe size, gender), as well as your preferred sizes and any specific requests, to determine whether we can create a custom garment and to provide a preliminary quote.
Accuracy. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and preferences. Final fit and pricing may vary based on the precision of the information provided and subsequent consultations. Quotes are estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract until mutually agreed.
Rights in Submission. By submitting sizing and design information, you grant us a limited licence to use the data solely for evaluating and producing your custom garment. Intellectual‑property rights in the final garment remain with Unfltrd Passion; you receive a licence to wear and use the garment.
Atelier Application (New)
Application Process. The Atelier Application collects detailed event information (e.g., black‑tie gala, award ceremony), preferred silhouettes and fabrics, fit preferences, budget and delivery deadline, as well as a video pitch URL and contact details. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Evaluation. We evaluate applications based on design feasibility, brand alignment, production capacity and budget. We may request additional information or decline any application in our sole discretion.
Subsequent Agreement. If your application is accepted, we will provide additional terms covering pricing, production schedule, fittings, intellectual‑property rights and delivery. These specific agreements will supersede any conflicting terms here.
Concierge Quiz (New)
Purpose. The Concierge Quiz collects information about why you prefer bespoke fashion, your planning style, shopping habits, creative preferences, budget comfort and personal style statements, along with your name and email.
Use of Responses. Responses are used internally to tailor your experience, recommend products or services and may be aggregated (with identifying details removed) for market research. Taking the quiz does not obligate you to purchase products or services.
Transparency & Partner Listings
We may feature third-party vendors, creatives, or businesses that align with Unfltrd Passion’s mission. Placement in these listings may be paid or editorially selected, but we never provide your personal information to these vendors. Any placements will be clearly identified as “Partner” or “Sponsored.”
Unfltrd Passion may also share aggregated, non-identifiable data with partners for analytics or insights to improve our services and community experiences. This information does not include any personal data and cannot be used to identify you.
General Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and all products and services, including the new features described above, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Unfltrd Passion makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfltrd Passion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Unfltrd Passion will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site or the services, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
